omg I just want to play the game, all the popups are so annoying. Everything you click takes you away from the game. Even the breakaways to open chests are annoying. I mean literally, everything you click or do leads to an animation that takes forever. also, is there actually any skill or strategy to this? seems like all the animations just play the game for you. there isn't even any point in playing after the animations tell you it's time to prestige...

Bud Farm is a pretty generic clicker game, and makes the mistake of pushing ads and chests too hard. The theme is super cliche. The devs deep dive into the 1960's style stoner hippie, and it just makes the theme boring and uninteresting. The story is obnoxious especially for the first 1-5 episodes where it constantly interrupts the game to give you a bunch of redundant dialogue between characters. It is cool that the devs wanted to include a story, but it's way too invasive.

Very expensive to get going, then quickly hit a brick wall where it becomes exponentially hard/expensive to progress. Bonus games are fun but you still need to spend money and to little avail. Edit: they have tweaked it to make it even more greedy, I will be uninstalling soon. Plenty of games out there with enough freebies or at least cheap upgrades, money here is wasted.
