It deduction commission and insurance 22% which is very hard to pay because drivers need to spend lot of money for fuel, mobile data , unlimited voice call and vehicle maintenance so this app is not good for riders, comparing other similar ride sharing app

Today I received two orders, but at the center they told me, “Brother, cancel it.” This wastes riders’ time and effort without any benefit. Earlier, when I worked for Pathao Food, the experience was also bad. Restaurants often showed “open” in the app but were actually closed. Still, the orders came to riders. Canceling through Helpex took 30–60 minutes, during which no new orders could be taken. Pathao must improve its system and treat riders fairly.

It is a bad app, they give orders to pathao hero from 2-3 km away, does the order not come to the nearest pathao hero, the app does not show how far the resturent is, from 2-3 km away, only the time goes by, the customer gets the order late. But the customer does not have the option to cancel, he has to call the office directly. There is nothing to be done for the customer, so call the office directly and let them fix it.
