The commissions are just way too high. They take 10 euro from me if I sell for 30? That's 33%!! When I wanted to tell my buyers that they can purchase the item on a different platform for less, I got a ban from the chat for 24 hours for mentioning the name of the other platform in my message. Try not stealing from your users, then they won't have to mention other platforms lol... Anyway, I'm going back to selling elsewhere. This app is only good for buying.

Dear Katarina, thank you for your feedback. The commission charged on each item sold allows us to provide a free shipping voucher and to ensure packages for sellers in more than 30 countries. Also, we do have Terms of Use for the buyer/seller chat which must be respected to avoid being definitively blocked from the feature. The VestiaireCo team

User-unfriendly. Tried to upload items multiple times. Authentic clothing, with over 10 pictures, following all the guidelines, pictures of the receipt and tags. Still keeps on being declined. When it gets declined you have to try the whole process again, only to get declined again. Impossible to upload articles, and a big cut of your sale would get lost anyways.

Whenever I open the app I get recommendations for women only, even though my settings are set for men. You have to be careful when you make an international purchase. The taxes you have to pay are abnormal. For example, there was a jacket for €390~ shipping from japan and on top of that there were several fees such as verification, shipping and import duties. In the end, the grand total was €580~. Nearly €200 was composed of fees? Not to mention, it was second hand with noticeable signs of wear
