WWR: Mech Arena Robots Online

okay I'm not going to lie this is a pretty solid game sure there are a couple bugs and quirks here and there but none of them are really game-breaking the one bug I've noticed when I respon my robot doesn't face the position my camera is at anymore and it would be nice to have some more levels all in all it's a pretty good game I like it

I played for about 20 minutes. Non-stop ads for everything. Extreme high prices for the most basic items. Paid boosts are on short timers then you have to buy again. If I could rate a 0 I would.

Game itself is ok, but lacks content. It's just the same thing over and over and over. Far too many glitches and server issues to provide consistent enjoyment. And while it is "free to play," the dev has definitely opted for a "pay to compete" game model. I have no problem with games that allow you to pay for rapid advancement, but this game wants you to pay just to be somewhat competitive. It advertises itself as a multi-player game, which is true, but the overwhelming majority of battles have you facing AI/computer controlled opponents. And those opponents are usually significantly stronger than you...strong enough that they kill you with 2 or 3 shots, but it might take you 10+ to get them. I've never been in a battle with more than 3 or 4 actual players, which still means there are 6 or 7 AI bots to contend with. Globally I'd say there are less than 200 players who log in on a daily basis. And the rewards you earn are not good. In most cases the rewards you receive for completing various tasks are significantly less than the resources you need to spend to complete it. Example: You are tasked with upgrading your bot to receive 2000 silver. Problem is that it might cost you 300,000 silver to purchase your next upgrade. That makes absolutely no sense at all. Devs need to massively overhaul the design of this game. It really could be a fun and exciting game but the devs are blatantly greedy. I don't mind spending a few bucks here and there to support game devs...I want them to make money...but I won't be supporting this one until they show that they are dedicated to actually developing this game and the player pool.
