It's a decent app, especially for learning kanji and vocab. My only criticism is that they don't offer a membership option that goes month to month, you are forced to choose between a 1 year or 3 year membership plan, shelling out more upfront cash. I would actually subscribe if there were an option with less of an upfront cost, but due to the restrictive subscription model, unfprtunately I wont be subscribing.

I need a progress reset button. Without it, it's not really usable. I have a year's subscription and I'm no longer using it because of this issue. I contacted support, and they say it's impossible to reset my progress. All the major learning apps should have one.

It's not a bad app but sometimes there isn't furigana for example sentence for words that probably should have them. an other issue for some reason really easy kanji during review tests will have a silhouette to trace over but for some reason with very complex kanji that are not common in won't. so little quality of life issues but nothing major other than that I feel like it is very helpful.
