Salams (Formerly Minder)

The app is rather buggy. Often it doesn't even let me log in, while I was a paying member. Many times it doesn't load the profile completely, it omits the name and age. The tech support is not the best. They completely ignored one of my tickets. The second time I had tech support needs -log in failure, the app tried to brush me off with an auto generated response. When a tech support person finally contacted me 3 days later, they had me repeat everything that I had submitted twice before.

I would not recommend this app. First of all, they kept logging me out every week and then eventually locked me out for over a week. Secondly I purchased their platinum membership as they advertised that it could be used for filtering out your preferences, what they don't tell you is that you only get to choose 3 out of the possible 8/10 and that it actually doesn't even work. I want my refund for this, which they are unwilling to give

super expensive and it's ridiculous to request subscription for the simplest features just as knowing who liked you! or even accepting a like!!! like I understand the app needs to make money, but just advertise it as paid service rather than cleaning it's free with paid features !!! And the subscription itself is exuberantly expensive
