I don't know what hat happened with the last update but, having to wait 6 minutes to view an alert is very frustrating & totaly unacceptable. Our whole community is switching to other apps that seem to be working just fine. It seems like every time you "bug fix" you end up jacking something else up. Come on guys, you can do better. If not, I'll be switching soon also.

before last update it was good 4 stars, but since last update, it crashes at opening. Restarting phone and force stop did not change a thing - it opens, then after a 1 to 5 seconds, it closes. update: I had to uninstall and reinstall it, but it now works again.

The cameras work well, however, the scheduling option does not. We are getting over a hundred notifications a day. We have scheduled for only during night time hours, but that schedule doesn't work. Also, we have it set for the loudest alarm, but all we get is our "text" notification, which is easily ignored as we think it's a text, also, that certainly won't wake us up at night. Is there a help desk to troubleshoot?
