Applied for a new credit card but i cannot even log in because i am not given any access code and pin. Had to call the customer service and apparently they hid the option to login using Singpass under the 'more' button. I Seems like an inefficient way to design the app for first time users. Edit: for some reason the app also drains my battery overnight now

Sep25: can't use card on garminpay anymore so I attempted to cancel card using app. The icon was fake because it cannot be used. I had to waste 30mins to get thru the line (business hrs only) only to be informed that I had to wait several more days for them to get back. Turned out its a mar,keting call to convince me to keep the card with a pathetic cashback offer.

There are certain criteria that have to be met before you are able to cancel your credit card via the mobile banking app. For eg. if you have credit balance in the account.

Extremely unfriendly system, impossible to log in. Can't retrieve access code, can't reset password, can't do anything. Even the website I'm brought to doesn't work, I enter the CAPTCHA, it refreshes, I type in the new CAPTCHA, it remains blank,it doesn't allow me to type. Finally when I refresh the page a few times, and redo it multiple times,it progresses to the next stage,telling me my information is incorrect and I've exceeded number of tries when it's my first attempt that had some reaction
